The Laboratorium Decisorium is an "Ideas Lab". 

The Labortory hosts ideas at the intersections of Economics, Finance, Investments and Corporate Strategy to be developed, iterated, explored and tested with the appropriate rigour.

However, 'experimenting' with ideas in a Lab is insufficient, suo jure.  Naval gazing from an ivory tower doesn't improve the world, and so the Laboratorium Decisorium is grounded by the concept that all ideas feed into a value chain which ends in a Decision:  be it decisions for financial investment or decisions for corporate resource allocation.
